The members of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association fight to ensure all citizens get equal footing in the courtroom, even when taking on the most powerful interests. We see to it that those who harm consumers, other individuals, or even their own employees, are held accountable.

Trial lawyers help victims of wrongdoing achieve justice. We help them face down corporations, insurance companies, health care providers, and other entities or individuals threatening harm against other members of their community. Ultimately, through our advocacy, citizens who have been harmed may hold these wrongdoers accountable when they act irresponsibly or deceitfully.
